Terrell Braly

Chairman/Chief Executive Officer

Terrell was the founder, CEO and Chairman of Cinebarre LLC, a joint venture formed with the Regal Entertainment Group in 2007. Under Terrell’s leadership, Cinebarre expanded to 70 screens in eight locations in five states (NC, SC, CO, WA & OR), reaching gross sales of $35+ M with approximately 500 employees. Cinebarre theaters won numerous local and regional "Best Of" awards, and received extensive media coverage for redefining the meaning of "dinner and a movie," including on ABC World News Tonight.

Prior to founding Cinebarre, Terrell was CEO of Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas and founder of the expansion arm, Alamo Drafthouse Franchise Systems, Inc. Entertainment Weekly called Alamo the "Best Theater in America."

Terrell’s other credits include President of a major video production and post-production house (National Video Industries) in New York City, as well as President of Concerts Unlimited, an affiliate of Concerts West, then the largest concert promotion company in the world.

Pamela Braly

Chief Financial Officer/Chief Content & Programming Officer

Pam served as Chief Financial Officer of Cinebarre LLC from its inception in 2007 until 2016, developing and managing all aspects of its financial infrastructure as the company expanded from a single theater in North Carolina to eight locations in five states across the country.

Previously, Pam served as Chief Financial Officer of Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas during its expansion across Texas.

Other credits include Finance & Production Accounting Manager for the Emmy Award-winning animated series Stanley and Doug; and Finance Manager and Senior Accountant/Production Auditor for Jumbo Pictures, Inc., a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company, in New York City.

Kris Johnson-Keisling

Chief Operating Officer/Vice President - Food & Beverage

As Director of Operations of Cinebarre since 2007, Kris helped innovate cost controls unique to the cinema eatery industry that decreased expenditures and increased profitability, by optimizing inventory and staffing management while delivering a premium customer service experience. His areas of expertise included creating profitable menu concepts, developing press-worthy celebrity events, and managing seven grand openings.

Kris also worked closely with each theater’s management and staff to direct ongoing training and development.

Prior to Cinebarre, Kris developed his management skills working in Washington DC’s food and beverage industry, and his operations skills working in the shipping industry for UPS and FedEx Ground.

Chad Rankin

Vice President - Construction & Development

As Vice President of Construction, Chad designed and managed the construction of all eight Cinebarre locations -- $3M stand-alone theaters, averaging 45K square feet each, with 2000 sq ft kitchens and 800 sq ft bars -- in under 11 weeks. His ability to direct multiple geographically dispersed teams and construction projects simultaneously, coupled with his expertise in navigating labyrinthine regulatory, safety, and environmental codes, created a track record of increasing profitability while reducing costs.

Prior to Cinebarre, Chad served in a similar capacity for Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas, managing construction during their expansion phase. He was responsible for producing a comprehensive specifications book and refining the look and feel for which Alamo is currently known. He was also the manager of the Alamo flagship theater in Austin.

Chad served four years in the United States Air Force.

Vanessa Rankin

Vice President - Creative Affairs

Vanessa oversaw the design and production of all promotional materials for Cinebarre across all media platforms, including web, television, print, mobile, and social media. Her credits include conceiving and curating Cinebarre’s unique monthly preshow, featuring short films chosen from among thousands of entries, which customers consistently preferred over standard pre-show commercials.

Prior to Cinebarre, Vanessa served as Director of Creative Services for the Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas, where she conceived the original pre-show programming concept for which the Alamo gained national notoriety.

Vanessa’s other credits include editor, producer and/or writer for various reality-based shows, corporate identity videos and special awards presentations, as well as for the show Kids Healthworks, which won several Daytime Emmys.

Vanessa served in the United States Air Force as a combat camera-person.

Edward Braly

Vice President - Information Technology

As Director of Information Technology, Edward managed the purchase and implementation of all computer hardware and software for Cinebarre nationwide.

His responsibilities included creating and maintaining the company website with maximum up-time (>99.9%), as well as handling all email and computer systems administration.

Edward served in the United States Air Force as a combat photographer.
